• How does local delivery work?

Local delivery is free and available for Jenison families. The orders will be delivered by Banjo at volleyball practice or games. Free delivery is based on zip codes in the Walker, Jenison, Grandville, and Wyoming areas. If you need local delivery and your zip code is not working, please contact us. (Any local friends placing orders can also have free delivery.)

• How long will it take to get my item(s)?

Since this is Banjo’s first business and to help lower costs, we generally do not purchase supplies until orders are placed. Anticipate about 7-10 business days for the item to be created and then shipping time if applicable. If you need a rush order, please contact us and we will do our best to accommodate your needs.

• How much is shipping?

• Shipping to the contiguous 48 states is a flat rate of $10.

• Shipping to Hawaii and Alaska is a flat rate of $28.

• Orders over $75 (not including shipping and tax) can receive free shipping to contiguous US with coupon code FREESHIP.

• If you live overseas and would like to purchase items, please contact us and we will get a quote for your international shipping needs on a case-by-case basis.

• What if I need a different size or style than what is shown?

If you would like a different size (kids, 5XL, baby, etc), color, or style (women’s fit, v-neck, etc), or would like the design placement to be different, or if you have any other customization needs, please reach out to us on our contact form. We will do our best to fulfill your custom ideas.

• Do you offer quantity discounts?

Quantity discounts would be handled on a case-by-case basis. If we are able to qualify for supply discounts based on your needed quantity, then we may be able to offer discounts. Please use our contact form to let us know what you’re looking for.

• What are care instructions?

To preserve the life of your shirt design, it is best to wash/dry your item inside-out and avoid washing with other rough or abrasive materials. Using cold or cool water is best to prevent shrinking and fading. Choose a mild detergent and avoid bleach and fabric softeners, as they can harm the print. Air drying is preferable but tumble dry on low heat if needed.
